Manufacturing Process
Tape Plant
This is the first step where the produced tapes are tested under energy efficient machinery.
Denier Checking
Here beta gauge machinery is installed that counts the size and denier of the tape.
Fabric Checking
After denier checking, the width, strength and finishing of the fabric are tested to note its quality level.
Tensile Test
Later Tensile test is conducted to evaluate how strong a material is and also how much it can be stretched before it breaks.
Necessary Tests
We also conduct some of the necessary tests like load Test, Length & Width Test.
